Support Analyst
I configure SS&C Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. I have detailed knowledge of business processes so I can provide first line support for SS&C Blue Prism processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process. I problem solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of SS&C Blue Prism processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for SS&C Blue Prism processes.
- Support existing processes and implement change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Configure SS&C Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Understand the business processes in detail where required.
- Problem solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of SS&C Blue Prism processes, providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Technical Skills
- SS&C Blue Prism interactive client power user, especially within the Control Room.
- Good computer skills – would know where to collect different windows logs on any given machine running a Windows operating system.
- Good inter-personal communication skills to explain issues to a SS&C Blue Prism expert and follow instructions accurately.
